Lukas’s passion for construction management was sparked when he watched his new school being built — not just the structure, but the collaboration, planning, and leadership behind the scenes. Through conversations with industry professionals, Lukas saw more than a career — he saw a calling.

Now, he’s headed to Colorado Mesa University to pursue a degree in Construction Management, with dreams of becoming a project leader who turns big ideas into reality — just like the ones that inspired him. But Lukas’s vision goes beyond job titles. He wants to be a leader in his community, someone who works hard, respects others, and uplifts those around him.
